And just like that the first day of the new year is done!

Ok, it’s back to work for most – unless you’re in Japan where the New Year gets more weight and everyone is still curled up under their kotatsu till the first week of January ends, like this. (inside that low table is heater…central heating in houses in Japan do not exist!)

I’ve been thinking, 2013 came and went – what were my best moments of that year?

I am sure there are many and I’ll try to remember each after I recover from brain fog due to excessive ice cream consumption (don’t ask). But being invited to go to Istanbul by Turkish Airlines was definitely one of the highlights of my 2013.
