Our baby boy Benjamin is no longer that little baby who prefers to coil into my chest and depend on milk. Today he has declared he’s a proper human already and want whatever you all are having on that table!

He’s not six months until the 28th of this month and I wanted to celebrate his sixth month birthday by giving him his first solid (pureed) food but no, we couldn’t put it off much longer. (Never mind we haven’t even bought a high chair yet)

His first reaction to feeding? His face lit up as if saying, “Oh solid food, where have you been all my life?!”

I am very excited with this new phase of baby Benjamin’s life. I can’t wait for him to try out the wonderful world of baby food and the recipes I’m going to cook for him. Big sister Pristine on the other hand is too excited too, in fact, she’s the one feeding the baby, much to both their delight.
